Intro to Metals and Jewelry

In this class, each student will receive all of the necessary fundamentals to create wearable works of art, a.k.a jewelry! Students will be guided through a serious of projects that will allow them to learn the techniques of sawing/piercing, texturing, patination, forming, soldering, riveting, chain making and stone setting. Every student will be able to create rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings by the end of this course. Tools will be provided and the class cost includes a $30 materials fee. List of materials will be provided at first class. Class size is limited to 8, so register early!
